Remote Management Agent

Lorica use an RMM (Remote monitoring and management) system to assist us with maintaining your machines. For those clients on a support contract the costs associated with this agent are included with your subscription. For those who aren’t, we’ll install the agent on your PC so it’s available when we need it but disable it in our system so we don’t incur licencing fees.

You can leave the agent enabled on your machine but for peace of mind and to reduce load on your PC you might want to disable it. Don’t forget to re-enable it if you need us to perform any work.

Disable it by changing the start up for the following services from “automatic” to “disabled”.
